Very authentic Vietnamese and also came out hot (which is very unusual for restaurants in the USA). Just needed the “Bahn Quyay” to complete the authenticity. But will be back.

We really enjoyed the Pho. It is the best we have had in the Triangle. I would highly recommend this restaurant. The service was great and they were very generous with the basil. FYI-The broth is either chicken or beef. The Boba tea was also yummy.

I have visited other Boba shops and hands down BEP is the best one! Every drink is delicious and the flavors are not over powering. Im working my way through the menu and the Taro has so far been my favorite but rose comes in second. We have gone often now and I also too appreciate its consistent everytime we go. The staff is always pleasant and professional! Its also very clean! I cannot recommend BEP enough!

After much anticipation and waiting, finally got to try out the first Vietnamese restaurant in town and it did not disappoint. I came during their soft opening, so they were missing a lot of menu items. Started off with fried chicken wings and it was delicious but note that it is on the sweet side with a sweet fish sauce glaze that tasted more of a traditional Thai flavor than Viet. It was cooked very well, but my one critique on it was that it could use some lemongrass to give it a more authentic flavor. The main dish for me was pho dac biet (special), which came with all the standard meats, rare eye of round, beef flank, brisket, meatballs, and tendons. Sadly no tripe though, which I love. Being Vietnamese, I am very picky about my pho broth, so my critique may sound a bit critical, however, note that I definitely enjoyed the pho nonetheless. This broth, I would categorize on the milder side in terms of flavor because it tasted very fresh. With pho bone broth, I prefer a more meaty and oily broth, which gives it a richer flavor for me, but this is purely a personal preference. The noodles were cooked properly and of the standard size. Overall portion was average sized, but I would say it’s on the smaller side for a 16 bowl of pho. I am used to at least an XL bowl in this price range. The restaurant itself was designed nicely with a modern layout and very open and relaxing seating, it didn’t feel crowded although the place was full. The staff was great, got to talk to one of the owners and he was super friendly and chill. Wrapped up the meal with Taro bubble tea. The tea was very good, similar to Kung Fu tea in terms of flavor. The boba texture was good and the lychee jelly was great. Overall, had a great experience and just happy to have good Vietnamese food in the area. Definitely recommend and I can’t wait for when the full menu is available.

Wanted to try somewhere a bit different for a change and it did not disappoint. The food was a bit overpriced, but what isn't these days. We got some Pork Dumplings, which were tasty and bigger than I expected, though, you only get 1 per order. We also decided to try some drinks and I got a Vietnamese Coffee and my husband got the Iced Chai Latte; we ended up switching drinks as the Coffee was a bit bitter for me, but he likes bitter. The Chai Latte, I can't explain how or why, but it tasted like a Michaels Craft Store and weirdly it was good. I got the P1 pho to try a little bit of each meat and I honestly can't recall what my husband got cause I was absorbed in my food. Servers were really nice and gave good recommendations, it also wasn't super busy, which I really liked. We'll probably be back again at some point.

Great Vietnamese food! We had the egg rolls, spring rolls, lemongrass pork Bahn Mi, grilled lemongrass chicken bowl, and the beef w/ meatball Pho. The broth on the Pho was excellent, the noodles and beef were well prepared also. The rolls were well prepared woth fresh ingredients, and the chicken bowl had fresh ingredients and great flavors. The staff was super friendly and the service was quick. The atmosphere was sparse and industrial, but clean well maintained.

Great atmosphere, very clean. The food was really good. Unsweetened Stawberry Lemonade was great. We drove two hours to try them, and it was well worth it. We didn't experience any cons while we were there. Pros: Service was great, Food was fresh, Beautiful lobby Cons: Vegan Boba option?, Offer a Bahn Mi salad!, Parking could be better

This was our first time dining here. The service and the food were both good. The Boba tea was delicious. I will return to try more delicious bites. We even placed an order to go. Our server Ana-Maria was both pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu.
